Your symptoms don't tell the whole story.
Find out why they keep coming back.
Understand what your body is trying to show you. We use an exclusive method that integrates the evaluation of your nervous system, movement, body chemistry and emotional health to identify patterns that may be contributing to persistent symptoms. From that understanding, we build a personalized care plan.

Does this sound like you?
- You live with chronic pain that tests, scans and treatments never fully explained.
- Your mind won't shut off. Anxiety and constant tension have become your normal.
- You sleep, but you wake up tired. Or you barely sleep at all.
- Fatigue and brain fog make you feel like a slower version of yourself.
- Migraines, tinnitus or gut issues flare up when stress does.
- You've been told "everything looks normal," but you know something isn't.
These are different symptoms with something in common: they are often signs of a nervous system that has lost its ability to self-regulate. That's exactly what we evaluate.
Why does relief never seem to last?
You know this cycle.
The pain appears. A new symptom shows up. You take a medication, get an injection, a therapy session or an adjustment. There is improvement... for a few days or a few weeks.
Then it all comes back. Or a new problem appears in place of the old one.
If this keeps happening, maybe the most important question is not:
"How do I relieve this symptom?"
But rather:
"Why does my body keep producing these symptoms?"
It is not a lack of effort on your part, nor necessarily a mistake by the professionals who care for you. Often, it is a limitation of the traditional model of care, which addresses each symptom in isolation, without investigating what is keeping the body stuck in this cycle.
The piece that often gets left out
The nervous system plays a central role in how the body responds to pain, stress, sleep, energy, inflammation and recovery processes.
When it remains in a prolonged state of alert and protection, the body may have more difficulty regulating these functions, favoring the persistence or return of symptoms.
In these situations, addressing each symptom in isolation may bring temporary relief without changing the pattern behind the problem.
A different approach
Our goal is not just to reduce symptoms.
First, we seek to understand how your body is functioning as a whole. We evaluate the interaction between your nervous system, movement, biochemistry and emotional factors to identify patterns that may be contributing to persistent symptoms.
From that understanding, we develop a personalized care plan to support the recovery of your body's capacity for self-regulation and create conditions for more consistent and lasting results.

The Neuro ID Method: three pillars, one goal.
Your nervous system doesn't get dysregulated for one reason. So we don't look for just one.
Biomechanical
Tension, posture, old injuries and restrictions that keep your body in a constant state of physical alert. Addressed through advanced hands-on therapy.
Biochemical
Nutrition, sleep habits and metabolic factors that either feed regulation or feed stress. Mapped through functional assessments and targeted lifestyle support.
Bioemotional
Chronic stress, unprocessed tension and emotional load, the invisible weight your nervous system carries every day.
When all three pillars are addressed together, they converge on one outcome: a nervous system that can regulate itself again. That's the foundation your body needs to rest, recover and function well.
Your path, in three steps.
- 1
Evaluation
We start with a complete evaluation of your nervous system's function, using objective measurements and a detailed history. You leave understanding your body better than you have in years.
- 2
Personalized Plan
Based on your results, you receive a clear, written plan: what we found, what we'll work on, and how, across the three pillars.
- 3
Recovery: the Neuro ID Program
A structured 12-session program designed to progressively support your nervous system's regulation, with re-evaluations along the way so you can see your progress, not just feel it.
No guesswork. No open-ended treatment with no finish line. A defined program with a beginning, a middle and measurable checkpoints.
Real people. Real changes.

Who will guide you.

Marcelo Moreira has spent more than 25 years helping people whose symptoms didn't fit neatly into one specialty. Trained as a physiotherapist in Brazil, with a Master's degree in Bioengineering and doctoral research in neuroscience focused on the nervous system, he brought his integrative method to Orlando, where he practices as a Licensed Massage Therapist and wellness practitioner.
His life's work became the Neuro ID Method: a structured way to evaluate and support nervous system regulation, combining hands-on therapy, objective measurement and lifestyle change, developed across thousands of sessions.

Your body has been asking for attention. It's time to listen.
You don't have to figure this out alone, and you don't have to accept "learn to live with it" as an answer. The first step is simple: a complete evaluation of how your nervous system is functioning, and a clear, honest conversation about what we find.
